I know it sucks to go get in your car and it's NOT there!!
My car died and I had no choice but to park in a spot until morning when I could get a jump.
To get back to my car and it not be there made for a bad day!
If I had to pay the penalty, I can honestly say these people were SO nice and understanding it didn't make me mad at them at all!
